Refund & Cancellation Policy

Veera Vilayattu operates the Veera Vilayattu streaming app. All transactions are processed through Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd., giving you a secure payment gateway for wallet top-ups and pay-per-view tickets. This policy explains how we handle refunds and cancellations.
1) Veera Vilayattu (digital content)
- Wallet recharges: If a recharge is debited but not reflected in your in-app wallet, contact us within 24 hours. After validating the Cashfree transaction, we will credit the wallet or refund to the original instrument within 5-7 bank working days.
- Live stream / video access: Access issues must be reported within 24 hours of purchase. We will troubleshoot and either restore access, credit equivalent viewing time, or process a refund within 7 days.
- Consumed content: Streams or downloads that were successfully delivered are not eligible for refunds unless there was a confirmed technical failure on our side.
2) Refund method & timelines
- All refunds are routed through Cashfree to the original payment instrument (card, UPI, wallet, or net banking).
- Bank processing typically takes 5-7 working days after we initiate the refund. We will share the ARN/UTR on request.
- Where a wallet credit is more convenient (e.g., compensating live-stream downtime), we will inform you before applying the credit.
